A Day in the Life:
Our Dispatcher will manage daily operations, including forecasting future needs. Responsibilities include:
- Promptly addressing customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints
- Maintaining safety standards per federal, state, and company policies
- Forecasting and communicating equipment needs
- Performing data entry and distributing reports
- Regularly improving route efficiency through ongoing adjustments
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Proven ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
