## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to our guests. Must have availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Shifts would be AM or PM with mixed bartending/serving.
## Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Make drinks
- Present menus and take orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area
## Skills
- Proficient in using reservation systems
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
- Experience working in a restaurant or nightclub setting is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Excellent sales and upselling abilities
- Willingness to help team members as needed
