What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baking Assistant position at Honey & Rye?
Fresh, cheerful, and always delicious, Honey & Rye, a neighborhood bakery since 2013, is looking for a part-time seasonal baking assistant to help round out our production team!
Our Baking Assistants are tasked with supporting bakers in the execution of daily production, communicating effectively with co-workers, and participating in the maintenance of a clean & organized kitchen.
Daily tasks may include, but aren't limited to, dishwashing, ingredient preparation, portioning & scooping dough, and stocking.

Kitchen Manager
Wages
starting at $12.50 - $14.00/hour
Schedule
12 - 18 hours per week, at least one weekend day required. Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM, or end as late as 3:00 PM. (4-6 hour workdays)
Requirements
- Physically able to stand long periods of time & lift 50 lbs.
- Dependable, flexible and team-oriented.
