- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance staff when required, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective operations.
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they become significant problems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
