JOB SUMMARY
Assists with or performs the work necessary to keep Honey tree’s machines, production equipment, and facilities in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and starting-up new equipment. Reports food safety and quality issues to supervision/management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
Clean and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts.
Inspect drives, motors, and belts; check fluid levels, replace filters, etc.
Record maintenance and repair work.
Assists with identifying mechanical problems and how to correct them, using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogues as necessary.
Assist with or installs and/or repairs electrical wiring and electronic components, pipes and plumbing, and production equipment.
Dismantle devices to gain access and to remove defective parts.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment in order to make a diagnosis.
Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools such as hammers, saws, drills, wrenches to precise instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.

Pay rate increases after satisfactorily completing 90-days of employment based on meeting or exceeding performance expectations with regard to safety, attendance, quality, and production.
Attendance bonus of $50.00 paid weekly.
