About the position
As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee the get-ready process from vehicle acquisition to front-line ready. You will be responsible for ordering parts, opening and closing repair orders/ p.o's, dispatching work, and getting approval from an Inventory Manager to perform the recommended work. Quality vehicles ensure the customer experiences The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™. HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Parts and Reconditioning Manager and the customer!

Qualifications
- Knowledge of engine repair, transmission, shocks, struts, suspension, auto body repair, alignment, brake repair, air brakes, and tire service
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Proficient in using computer software for creating repair orders and managing customer information
- Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- Be a great communicator with team members
- Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
