Operations and Logistics Specialist

As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Bookkeeper/Office Manager to contribute to our ongoing success. Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations by managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and retailers, and overseeing logistics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate records of raw material and finished goods quantities.

Order materials as needed to support production schedules.

Manage invoices and ensure timely communication with suppliers and production teams (e.g., addressing quality control issues).

Coordinate the delivery of purchase orders (POs) with retailers.

Oversee the ordering and distribution of point-of-purchase (POP) materials.

Assist with scheduling tasks, including factory tours, new retailer rollouts, trade shows, and other events requiring product preparation and delivery.

Plan and execute logistics projects, such as coordinating the company’s upcoming move (e.g., renting forklifts or trucks, arranging transport for inventory and pallet racks, obtaining quotes from moving companies).

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers, retailers, and internal teams.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with coordinating deliveries, scheduling, and managing invoices.

Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects (e.g., spearheading a facility move).

Proficiency in [insert relevant software/tools, e.g., inventory management systems, Excel, etc.] is a plus.

Bonus Points:

Experience with logistics planning, such as arranging equipment rentals or working with moving companies.

Comfortable adapting to evolving priorities in a growing company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,371.00 - $90,502.00 per year
