We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team in the fulfillment industry. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of our products to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, communicating with freight partners, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring that all logistics processes align with our company goals and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional with a strong background in warehouse management, fulfillment, shipping, freight, and vendor management to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee and manage complete logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and delivery.
2. Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
3. Collaborate with freight partners to negotiate and secure cost-effective shipping rates.
4. Monitor logistics to track the delivery of goods and ensure timely delivery.
5. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality control and adherence to company policies.
6. Coordinate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and manage inventory control.
7. Manage and resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics role within, ideally within a fulfillment or distribution center.
3. Proven experience in warehouse management, fulfillment, shipping, freight, and vendor management.
4. Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
5. Prior 3PL experience is required
