Schedule - 35-40 hours / week

Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday : 7am-3 : 30pm

Monday & Wednesday : 6am-2 : 30pm

Key Duties / Essential Job Functions :

Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes such as cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats; chopping herbs; dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables

Completing hot and cold food preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion

Following Edibolic Kitchen's sanitation standards to ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining cleanliness of all working areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, dishwasher, and prep areas.

Above all, have a positive attitude and love to cook and be in the kitchen!

Ideal candidates have food service / batch production experience.

Great sense of urgency & creativity.

Minimum experience of 2 year in culinary.

Food handling & safety knowledge.

Detail oriented.
