In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ESS business unit by handling various administrative tasks and providing support to the team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and workshops.
- Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Support the team in various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
