ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Aerospace Technical Support (ATS) Organization provides 24/7 technical assistance to customers across the globe. As part of this elite team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer support and driving seamless issue resolution.
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our Americas Field Service Engineering (FSE) team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Honeywell's mechanical and electrical aerospace products and systems — primarily supporting Business General Aviation (BGA) customers.
You will report to the Sr. Field Service Manager and work by combination of remote work and traveling to customer sites up to 25%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding Honeywell mechanical and electrical systems on Embraer platforms.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting support via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless support experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous product and system improvements.
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolutions within Honeywell’s support network.
- Deliver customer-focused solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide detailed reports and regular updates to leadership on customer issues and technical challenges.
- Attend customer meetings and represent Honeywell’s commitment to excellence.
- Participate in technical expert teams and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance service capabilities.
- Occasionally support off-hours, weekends, and holidays in alignment with customer needs.
