As a Senior Contracts Representative II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for our Aerospace Technologies (AERO) business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and mitigating legal risks.
You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review, analyze, negotiate and interpret contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks in contracts
• Assist in developing claims, resolving legal disputes and mitigating compliance risk
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies applicable to our contracts
• Liaison and collaborate with other functions and our corporate offices
• Support improvement of contracting processes
