KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday
• Oversee the document control process and ensure compliance with document management standards and procedures
• Develop and implement document control strategies, policies, and procedures
• Manage the document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure document accuracy and integrity
• Ensure document accessibility and availability to authorized personnel
• Train and support employees on document control processes and systems
• Monitor and report on document control metrics and performance
