As a Document Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various projects within the Business Aviation (BA) business unit. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing project documents, project files, project communications, and providing support to cross-functional teams. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers. You will report directly to our Program Director, and you'll work out of our Queen Creek, Arizona location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Projects, helping to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate updates. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential in managing multiple project files and communications simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of various projects within the BA business unit
- Coordinate the review of project documents and ensure changes are identified and addressed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure project files are kept up to date and files structure is maintained
- Provide support in project planning and execution
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Maintain RFI logs
- Maintain Change order logs
- Maintain Submittal logs
- Maintain Risk Registry
