- Ensure daily compliance with site safety program, contract requirements, team deployment, and energy efficiency.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to prevent and resolve customer problems, implement cost containment initiatives, and explore revenue-generating opportunities.
- Drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets, and budgets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Automation System and Controls.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to operate independently and manage a team effectively.
