Lead Field Service Team with Strategic Vision
At Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to guide and oversee our Field Service team in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. This role requires a strategic mindset and operational expertise to drive the success of our field service operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage and oversee the Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Technician Support: Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service management or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Skills: Excellent guidance and team management skills, ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
