The finance data and analytic team are responsible for supporting the implementation of finance data models within Honeywell’s enterprise data warehouse and delivering end-user tools and analytics to support business decisions, while also driving change management across finance and business customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of analytics culture and data-driven decision-making, promoting consumer-driven analytics, and enhance the visibility of data and analytics by providing clear data stories and spreading them across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights, guide business decisions, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, technical processes, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Partner with Finance and Non-Finance Leadership/stakeholders to define key analytics requirements, assess business impact, resolve cross-functional issues, and manage project challenges by escalating when necessary.
- Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Lead change management initiatives and anticipate future demands within Finance, including people, technology, budget, and business needs.
