About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance planning function, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are properly planned and scheduled to meet business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule all priority 2, 3, 4, and 5 maintenance work (mechanical, E&I, auxiliary, etc)
- Estimate and initiate work orders for maintenance notifications and provide maintenance support for TAR planning and site emergencies
- Prepare, forecast, and explain cost variance for maintenance work
- Manage the procurement of equipment, materials, and outside services for maintenance work
- Accountable for managing repairs, purchases, invoices, and receipts of all maintenance needs in plant
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in an industrial setting. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or 2-year technical degree, or craft apprenticeship
- 2 years of maintenance experience in planning, scheduling, or supervision in an industrial setting
- Prefer 5-years of manufacturing experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or supervision
