Industrial Maintenance Technician- Night Shift

Successfully oversee on-site equipment installation, maintenance, and repair processes with minimal supervision. Adhere to detailed work instructions and collaborate with Engineering teams to update outdated or incorrect guidelines. Improve training materials and documentation while implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the field to resolve administrative challenges related to equipment delivery and installation.

Main Responsibilities

• Weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) from 5am-5:30pm are required.
• Quality inspections are essential.
• Installation and repair of work orders must be completed efficiently.
• Providing customer support is crucial.

Essential Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
• At least one year of experience in mechanical or industrial field installation is required.
• The ability to work weekend shifts is mandatory.

Valued Skills and Qualities

• Prior industry experience working with PLC's, conveyor systems, and high-voltage electrical is desirable.
• Tech-savviness in installation and technical roles is valuable.
• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and identify mistakes is critical.
• Bachelor's degree or technical/professional certification is beneficial.
