Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a production supervisory position, strong knowledge of production processes and safety regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, as is bilingual proficiency in Spanish and experience with SAP. Lean Six Sigma certification and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment are also desirable.
