As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Olathe location. In this role, you will impact production processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time delivery of products, and maintain a safe working environment.

- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
