As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations in our Aerospace (Aero) business unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of our aerospace products, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
You will report directly to our Production Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, productivity, and quality of our production processes. Your ability to lead a team, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement will be essential in meeting production targets and delivering exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage the production operations in the Aerospace business unit
• Ensure the efficient and timely production of aerospace products
• Monitor and maintain quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
