As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to guide and oversee our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your technical expertise and guiding skills will be crucial in providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you'll work out of our El Paso, Texas location with 75% travel. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations and contribute to the safety and security of our customers. You will be accountable for guiding a team of technicians, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting inspections and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and oversee the Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire alarm systems
- Conduct inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
- Provide technical guidance and guidance to field service technicians
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including NICET II certification and fire alarm Texas license
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
