As a Lead Project Engineer on the A350 Program you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the A350 in-service programs for engineering. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the A350 program, ensuring successful execution of engineering projects. Responsible for establishing a Management Operating System (MOS) to facilitate regular reviews to drive effective decision making and directing systems and project engineers assigned to the development efforts.
- Communicates effectively in all directions. Ability to effectively perform escalations throughout the organization when needed. Uses influence skills internally and externally to break barriers. Drives consensus and persuades external parties to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities. Ensures alignment of customer needs to business offerings.
The annual base salary range for this position in Torrance, California is $150,000 - $187,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
