Job Title: Sr Project Turbomachinery Engineer
Shift: Day
Onsite/Remote: Hybrid 3 onsite, 2 remote
Interview Process: TEAMS, 2 rounds, 1 quick phone interview, then 2nd round Panel style
Conversion possible with good performance.
System, design, or mechanical level experience. Turbomachinery experience not required. Can train Turbomachinery.
Qualifying Questions:
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager.

Lead and manage complex projects
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Provide technical guidance on turbomachinery design and analysis principles
Conduct advanced engineering analysis, testing, and modeling to optimize product performance and reliability
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
