KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve in a support role for Multisite customers for escalated incidents
- Be able to prioritize ticket management
- Provide Advanced Customer Support on installed Hardware and Software
- Provide Advanced Customer Support for Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting Control Systems
- Create & Manage Installation and Repair Work Orders
- Mentor and Train Jr. Field Service Representatives
- Provide advanced troubleshooting principles, practices, and procedures
- Mentor and train other staff members
- Communicate and translate technical information to non-technical end users
- Create, track, and maintain reports and provide updates to management.
