- Serve in a support role for Multisite customers for escalated incidents.
- Prioritize ticket management.
- Provide Advanced Customer Support on installed Hardware and Software.
- Support Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting Control Systems.
- Create & Manage Installation and Repair Work Orders.
- Mentor and Train Jr. Field Service Representatives.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting principles and practices.
- Mentor and train other staff members.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical end users.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in Building Automation, Commercial Construction, or Refrigeration fields.
- Demonstrated computer skills, including software loading and troubleshooting.
