Lead a team of supervisors and professionals who are distributing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your logistics experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented distribution teams. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell’s strategic distribution center facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a manager, you will coach your team members in leadership and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible site operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and customer shipment.
- Lead a team of supervisors to execute day to day operations
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, using Lean, 6 Sigma etc.
- Sponsor and lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and productivity at the site
- Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Assist site leader in developing site operational and financial AOP’s
- Develop the team of supervisors to be potential successors for this role.
- Ensure that the site meets or exceeds its AOP targets

Salary Range: $116,000-174,000
