As a Line Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production schedule to meet customer demand and ensure efficient operations. You will report directly to our Materials Manager and you'll work out of our Freeport, IL location. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the production schedule, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials, and resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Monitor and track production progress, identifying any delays or issues and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Continuously improve the scheduling process and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
