We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Shipping Clerk. This role is based in our facility in Janesville, WI and reports to the Plant Manager.
The hours are Mo-Fri from 7am until 3.30pm. The starting wage is $20.96 per hour.

Job SummaryWe are seeking an upbeat individual who will be responsible for coordinating production scheduling with customer service, production, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
Principal Responsibilities
· Schedules all requested products through workorder generation.
· Analyzes production and shipping availability to determine ship dates.
· Coordinates expedited orders that require schedule changes to meet requested ship dates.
· Assist in preparing production reports when applicable.
· Help determine low inventory levels for raw material and assist with purchasing raw material required for production.
· Determine stock levels of components and finished goods and replenish when needed.
· Assesses regular finished goods and raw material inventory by coordinating regular cycle counts.
· Communicates effectively with all departments that could have a potential impact on the production schedule. Understands constraints and makes schedule changes accordingly.
· Create product production cost.
· Creates and communicates monthly reports.
· Compile necessary information to determine the cause of inventory discrepancies to ensure inventory control.
· Record production data which may include volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
- High School diploma or certificate of completion is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Applicant must be able to read, write and speak English
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must be a self-starter with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills coupled with an eagerness to learn

- Display proficiency in auditing, calculating, categorizing, coding, compiling, tabulating, and/or verifying information or data.
- Environment changes from office to manufacturing.
- Overtime as required.
- Must possess the ability to lift, move or handle material or equipment when needed.
- May require bending or stretching.
