As a Project Engineer, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination. Your monitoring of project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards will help maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Boulder City, NV location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
