You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an Onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the quality and performance of our Aerospace products. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our aerospace business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with organizational, industry, and customer requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate to internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters
• Compile reporting data to provide an overhaul scorecard of quarterly metrics for presentation to Sr. Leadership
• Performs internal audits of processes and functions to assure continued compliance to international standards, requirements, and applicable government regulations
• Leads and facilitates multi-disciplined RCCA and problem-solving teams
• Position will support and lead compliance to AS9100/ISO9001
• Continuous improvement projects and coordination
• Additional requirements as necessary

The annual base salary range for this position is $86400 - $108000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
