You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location o100% on-site.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, implement lean manufacturing principles, and drive operational excellence.

MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
