As a Service Support Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our service team and ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will report directly to our Service Manager, and you'll work out of our West Columbia, SC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our service operations by providing timely and accurate support to our service team. You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate service activities, including scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, and managing service requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, customer information, and equipment details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Assist in the preparation of service quotes and proposals.
• Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the Service Manager in various administrative tasks as needed.
