As a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer within Honeywell Space Engineering, you will be part of a team developing the Carbon Dioxide Removal by Ionic Liquid System (CDRILS), an astronaut life support system for spacecraft, as well as other technologies that make it possible to live and breathe in space.
In this role, you will support the design, build and test of the Carbon Dioxide Removal by Ionic Liquid System (CDRILS) for space and terrestrial applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to develop CDRILs systems for their unique application.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CDRILS and other ECLSS programs
- Drive technical team(s) to solve key technical problems with workable solutions in a defined period of time
- Support proposals and technology roadmaps
