Corporate organization's Request for Change (RFC) process. You will be
responsible for analyzing and evaluating change requests, ensuring compliance
with established processes and standards, and providing recommendations for
approval or rejection. Your expertise in change management and attention to
detail will contribute to the smooth execution of projects and initiatives
within the organization.
You will report directly to our Controller Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that change requests are thoroughly reviewed and assessed, minimizing risks and disruptions to business operations. Your analytical skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving effective change management processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze and evaluate change requests to determine their impact on business operations
• Ensure compliance with established change management processes and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide recommendations for approval or rejection of change requests
• Communicate and document change decisions and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Monitor and track the progress of approved changes and ensure their successful implementation
