a Senior Finance Director in the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS)

free cash flow management. By guiding and mentoring a team of commercial
finance professionals, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize working
capital and free cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and
company policies.
You will report directly to our Vice President, ESS Business Analysis and
Planning and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work
schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial health of our
organization and its alignment with our long-term strategic goals. Your
expertise in working capital and free cash flow management will guide us
through financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency,
helping us make informed choices and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial support to the ESS business unit, focusing on working capital and free cash flow management.
- Oversee all aspects of working capital and free cash flow.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize working capital and free cash flow.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
