Lead IT Finance strategy
and assure effective delivery for all services under the portfolio. You will be
the primary interface to functional and business stakeholders/leaders to define
roadmap, requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions
enabled through existing and emerging information technology. You will be a key
member of the IT Enterprise Quote to Cash leadership team, engaging in all
aspects of running the IT Finance portfolio, with a specialization in the use
of technology to fulfill business objectives. You will provide leadership in
improving IT / Finance process and developing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Developed IT Finance vision and strategy including 3-year strategic plan and roadmaps for each respective Finance service
- Collaborate with Finance leadership and stakeholders to drive Finance Digital Transformation to identify emerging technology and automation opportunities and develop robust multi-year technology roadmaps
- Managing Finance team execution on ERP Roadmap with multiple global ERP deployments and enhancement projects and planning for further ERP consolidation and future ERP migration / technical upgrade
- Managing Finance team delivery of EDW, Automation and other key projects supporting the Audit, A/P, BAP, C2C, Controllership, Tax, T&E, Treasury stakeholders
- Managing IT Finance budget, including IT Annual Operating Plan project investment and third-party vendor and service provider spend, to ensure effective IT support, successful project execution and productive third-party business partnerships
- Develop strong business cases that enable Finance
digital transformation and modernization, through partnership with senior
Finance stakeholders, as part of IT Annual Operating Plan or subsequent
drop-in approval process
Manage IT professionals to ensure proper career development, succession planning and core skillsets align with Finance strategic objectives
