As a Senior Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and overseeing gas meter installation field service operations. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our designated location on an on-site work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical expertise and oversee gas meter installation field service operations
• Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
