As a Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist supporting the Americas Distribution Center in Phoenix here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and project management within our supply chain organization. You will report directly to our Site Director, and you will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Americas Distribution Center by managing and coordinating projects, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project objectives are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and coordinate projects within the Americas Distribution Center, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
