As a Sr IT Analyst – SAP SD here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions. Your role will involve configuring and customizing the SAP SD module, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP SD system and optimizing its functionality to meet business needs.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of IT- Order to Cash and you'll work on a hybrid schedule out of one of our Honeywell locations in Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Phoenix, AZ (preferred)
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and distribution processes by leveraging your expertise in SAP SD. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of best practices. Your technical skills and knowledge of SAP SD will be instrumental in enhancing our sales and customer service capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SAP Order to Cash – End to End accountability in Customer Order Management, Invoicing, Accounts Receivables, Pricing, Master Data Management, Customer Delivery (On Time to First Promise), Collaboration with Marketing and Commercial excellence etc
- Strong Order Management skillset (Orders, Contracts, Quotes, Pricing)
- Ability to grow and learn, adopt complex processes and solutions
- Adaptive and able to work well cross functionally for rapid problem solving and solution.
- Affinity for independent work, self-starting
- Solutioning Mindset – ability to receive business requirements and solution best practice
- RICEF Design/Documentation
- Business Requirements Analysis
- Document requirements
- Identify/resolve process gaps

- Assist with test strategy and execution

- Assist leaders to manage change management
