You will report directly to our Director Materials Management, and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Certification in production planning or supply chain management
