You will report directly to our Director Sales Excellence - Greg Cylka and you will work on a Remote work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our sales operations in the Building Automation - FIRE/BMS domain. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities. Your leadership and guidance will ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and you will monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Managing and optimizing sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics, will be a key part of your role.
