You will report directly to our Trade Compliance Manager, and you'll work out of our Olathe, KS location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's global operations by ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
• Managing and overseeing import and export documentation
• Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement
• Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters
• Staying updated with changes in trade regulations and communicating the impact to the organization
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
