About the Position
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics and distribution operations, including managing logistics teams, streamlining shipping and distribution processes, and negotiating contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries, implement data-driven strategies to optimize logistics operations, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency of distribution processes.
This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have 3 years of proven experience in traffic and distribution management or related roles, strong familiarity with SAP, and proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
