Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) has an excellent opportunity for a Global CFO of Honeywell Process Measurement Control (PMC) based in Houston, TX. PMC is a global leading manufacturer of process instrumentation and fiscal measurement products, skids, and modular control system solutions to the continuous and hybrid process industries. The business serves Oil &Gas, Renewables energy, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverages, Water & Waste water and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). PMC has manufacturing facilities in 10 countries, and largely sells through distribution companies and systems integrators.
The position supports and partners with the PMC General Manager to grow the business while driving operations as the COO of the business. The CFO will have full P&L, balance sheet, and Working Capital responsibility, while leading a global finance team split across the world.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a global finance team in driving financial performance to ensure financial goals (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash commitments) are met while aligning with corporate policies and procedures
• Lead reporting, forecasting and planning process, including distribution of appropriate financial targets for profitable growth of the various business segments and proactive analysis of the financial statements for opportunities to increase income
• Strategically partner with the GM and leadership team to drive profitable growth through analysis, influencing and action on risk assessment, contracting excellence, pricing, business ventures, customer profitability and cost control
• Act as a “Chief Operating Officer” to ensure global alignment across functional organizations including Factories, Integrated Supply Chain, Sales, IT, HR and Strategic Marketing to achieve business commitments
• Perform market and customer analysis to proactively identify both new opportunities and potential risks to future business performance
• Define, develop and enthusiastically drive process improvements to reduce finance business process cycle times, improve financial forecast quality and reliability, improve information provided to leadership for business decisions
• Oversee financial closing activities and partner with controllers to ensure accuracy of all finance statements and schedules
• Drive Working Capital Management with a specific focus on reducing past dues and managing inventory
• Mentor and develop a world class finance team by actively recruiting and promoting talent
• Must be knowledgeable in multiple business models. Products, Projects (POC) and Services. Managing Mix of Product lines and Channels (go to market) is also a key skill expected from the candidate
• Must manage ISC / Factory and NPI financials. Strong focus on Say -do in NPIs, ISC Productivity and Inventory management
• Support business through M&A activities
