Reporting into the HBT Chief Commercial Officer, the
Senior Director of Pricing will lead the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT)
global pricing team by enabling delivery of all pricing objectives and development
of a comprehensive pricing strategy for HBT and its businesses, which links
pricing to financial performance of HBT Global Business Enterprises (GBEs).
Focus will include performance management and ensuring desired results are
delivered, pricing tools are deployed consistently across HBT, and analytics
are utilized.
The candidate will have direct accountability and people leadership responsibility over a pricing center of excellence and pricing tool support resources, partner with GBE, pricing and finance leaders to ensure organization and processes are aligned with business priorities. In addition, the candidate will work closely with commercial leadership, offering management, engineering, sales organization, key GBE business partners and senior management to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers.
