SBT falls within our Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) strategic business unit within Honeywell Buildings. HBT innovates to protect and save lives worldwide every day. As the GM for Sustainable Building Technologies, you will deliver business value through strategic partnerships. You will lead energy supply and breakthrough initiatives globally for SBT. You will build strategy and execution plans and deliver results to key executive leadership. You will define and understand the sustainability market strategically to enhance the business.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategies for both Developed Markets such as North America, and Emerging Markets such as India and Middle East
- Develop Product Roadmap’s and value proposition aligned to specific market needs and Go-To-Market approach
- Drive Product Development to expand portfolio offerings in close coordination with Trinity and HBT Technology teams.
- Identify and forge partnerships as needed
- Work with respective stakeholders to drive Demand Generation activities such as Customer Demos, Conference Presentations, etc.
- Work closely with Government Relations teams to build inroads into City, State and Central Administration in Countries of interest
- Work closely with sales teams across the globe to develop pipeline and deliver Orders and Revenue commitment for the BTI
- Lead and Develop a team of highly motivated technology and commercial individuals focused on the BTI
