THE POSITION
The Lead Executive Administrator will provide support to Honeywell’s Chairman and CEO located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will provide administrative and organizational support to the Chairman and CEO, as well as senior business leaders. In this role you will operate in a high growth environment interacting daily with internal employees and external customers. As part of a team, you will help to plan travel, coordinate multiple calendars, ensure complex meetings are planned effectively, and carry out other key administrative businesses processes.
RESPONSBILITIES
The Lead Executive Administrator to the office of the Chairman and CEO will provide high-level daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks reporting to, and working in conjunction with, the Principal Administrator. Specific responsibilities will include:
-Completing of expense and purchasing reports, preparing other miscellaneous reports/logs, and handling general information requests.
-Receiving visitors.
-Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and forecasts.
-Working with the Executive Security, Flight Operations and Executive Compensation team, as well as other C-Suite administrators.
-Managing and distributing corporate sporting and events tickets.
-Paying bills and ordering supplies.
-Performing office management functions including maintaining files, managing incoming and outgoing mail.
-Arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. This role will share the management of an active and evolving calendar of appointments.
-Provide administrative support directly to the Chairman and CEO in the absence of the Principal Administrator.
-Handling highly confidential and private information as part of the team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have extensive track record of providing administrative support at the C-Suite level. Key experiences and qualifications include:
-A minimum of 7 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite Executives.
-Demonstrated experience scheduling appointments, updating calendars, and coordinating travel is required.
-Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365)
-The ability to present ideas effectively both verbally and in writing is required.
-A desire and comfort level in managing many competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is a must.
-Flexible schedule and the ability to work in the office
