A position has opened up in Honeywell Intelligrated for an ambitious Multi Site Logistics Professional. You will report to the Sr. Director Materials Management with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.

As a Multi-Site Logistics Manager, you will lead a team of Logistics Professionals across the Site/Network for your assigned business or channel. You will support your SBG Sr. Director of Logistics to execute the vision and goals for your function and manage the people and processes to achieve this.

You will create and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the best possible outcome from your resources. You will lead the development of your team to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internal progression and succession.

The successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).

Job Responsibilities:

· Supporting the vision and strategy of corporate logistics

· Lead and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence

· Oversee and manage the daily operational execution of fulfillment centers for company owned and 3PL partner locations

· Single point of contact for all logistics matters for internal and external stakeholders/customers

· Achieve key operating and logistics performance goals, and financial plans to budget; use Key Performance Indicators to make ongoing improvements and enhancements

· Continuous improve material management processes to drive better results

· Develop Models and strategies to support maximum space utilization across the network

· Lead, guide, and directly manage a team of 5-10 to meet or exceed operational goals, as well as monitoring performance, providing coaching, counseling, and development for future progression within Honeywell.
